RICS Tenant Satisfaction Index
OPD with customer satisfaction experts CFI Group has published the RICS Tenant Satisfaction Index, which will be repeated in the autumn. This was supported by CoreNet Global UK and was featured in the Financial Times alongside an account of the Reading University report on the operation of the Lease Code.
